Video: Fords danske chef for varebiler forklarer Ford Pro
Fords verdensomspændende serviceprogram, Ford Pro, er netop blevet lanceret i Europa. Ford Pro samler en række services i en samlet platform ved hjælp af innovative løsninger, så varebilskunderne selv kan administrere deres forbudne og elektrificerede flådebiler. På den måde får varebilskunderne det bedst mulige overblik over deres flåde kombineret med lavere omkostninger og øget oppetid.
I dag har varebilskunder aftaler med adskillige udbydere, når de skal finde løsninger til deres varebilsflåder indenfor alt fra finansiering, software, opladning osv. Det kræver både tid og energi, men med Ford Pro samler Ford alle services ét sted. Ford Pro holder derudover kunderne opdateret om flådens tilstand via liveopdateringer fra varebilerne, mens kunderne også får hjælp til software, ladeløsninger og finansiering.
